Traces of Wonderland

So... this is what I've been working on lately: it was done for an internal contest for eatpoo.
My concept isn't too complicated (sort of): I wanted to investigate of what happens to Alice and to Wonderland when Alice grows up and things little by little start losing their magic.
I wanted to give a ciclic structure: in every picture there is the previous picture and in the first one there is the last, so it starts all over again (in reference to the caucus-race).
In every picture there is a reference to the story (The Caterpillar/ the queen of hearts / humpty dumpty/ the tea party/ the white rabbit) and next to it there is a text referring to something that happened in my past that made me kind of "leave wonderland".
There are 5 texts and the first letter of each one spells the word: ALICE.
I might change som things, but I'm pretty much done with these.
1. THE CATERPILLAR
I decided to depict the caterpillar using dry mushrooms and the pipe, besides actually putting the caterpillar there as if he was a dead bug in a casket (do you say casket?)

2. THE QUEEN OF HEARTS
Need to explain a thing here: I do not know if in the US you are familiar with Latin-suited cards: instead of clubs, spades, hearts and diamond we have batons, swords, cups, coins.
I decided to use this deck and to make the heart cards coin cards because I think the metamorphosis of hearts into coins is a major part in most people's process leading through adulthood. And I don't mean this in a good way.

3. HUMPTY DUMPTY
This is from through the looking glass, I know, but I couldn't resist.
The note next to dead Humpty says "To: All the king's horses and all the King's men"

4. THE TEA PARTY
I guess this is quite obvious...

5. THE WHITE RABBIT
Some may find this one a little morbid...
It was really hard to actually force myself to touch a dead rabbit, but each time I tried to change this shot (using dead flowers for the talking flowers, for example) I actually thought I was really losing something
